The Aire Solutions high pressure misting system is a custom-designed product that has been specifically developed to provide a solution to odor problems through the use of Poultry and Livestock Blends for Ammonia & Odor Control. Oxine® misted over hogs has shown effective results against PRRS, Mycoplasma pneumonia, Rhinitis, Salmonella and E. Coli.

High density misting system consists of the following:

Pumping system
The pump is engineered to deliver micro-sized droplets into the air with a pressure range from 600 PSI to 1200 PSI. It is fitted with an automatic pressure relief valve that drops the line pressure thus preventing any unwanted dripping in the barn.

Filtering system
This system consists of 10 micron filter, a custom ball filter that removes lime and other contaminates, and a final 1 micron filter. It also is fitted with an industrial type medicator for injecting disinfectants and odor control into the misting system.

High pressure nozzle lines
These lines consist of Slip- lok joints that enable the line to be quickly assembled. The nozzles are located on each slip joint. By using this system, the misting system can be custom fitted to any application.

Controlling system
It has a multi functioning time that enables you to use your high density misting system for odor control, disinfectants cooling and fly control.
